What I offer
I work in person, online or via phone and offer a free 30 minute session to explore together what your needs are and to give us a chance to see how we might work together therapeutically.
I'm experienced at working with adults and young people, and offer a safe, confidential and non-judgemental space to explore your thoughts and feelings.
I follow a person-centred approach which focusses mainly on the 'here and now' giving clients the chance to become more self-aware and to rethink patterns of behaviour and work towards change and growth.
As well as my private practice 'Freedom to talk' I am a honorary independent counsellor with the leading mental health charity 'Mind' working with adults on issues including depression, anxiety, OCD, disordered eating and all forms of relationship difficulties.
Alongside this I work in a North London Secondary School, with young people from 11-18 on issues including anxiety, bullying, self-harm, bereavement, school refusal and many other life problems.
