We all face emotional difficulties at some point that may stop us from enjoying life as much as we would like, and talking to friends and family can be helpful but may not be available or enough.
I work in a gentle manner and will be guided by you with regard to the pace of our work together and will be sensitive to your individual process and journey.
qualifications

BACP Accredited Diploma in Counselling.

Foundation Degree in Counselling from Middlesex University.

Diploma in Adolescent and Schools Counselling from Metanoia Institute London W5.
sessions
Availability
I offer flexible hours during the day from 8:30am and some evening sessions.
Sessions last 50 minutes.
Location
Fees
I'm based in the town of Hertford, East Hertfordshire.
My practice is in a private area at my home with a separate entrance, and available on street parking.
I charge £50 per session.
An introductory session of 30 minutes will be free.
I offer a concessionary rate of £35 for Counselling students.
